Terms of Use
By reading this website you agree to these terms. They describe what the site is, what you can rely on it for and where our responsibility ends. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the site.
Purpose of the site
This is an independent information service about online casinos. Our reviews are opinions based on what we could see and test at the time of writing. They are not offers, advice or a promise that a casino will behave in a particular way.
We do not operate any gambling service and we cannot open, change or close accounts on your behalf.
Age and legal responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or older if your local law says so, to use gambling content or follow links to gambling sites. Rules about online gambling differ between regions, and some operators restrict certain countries or states.
It is your job to check that playing is lawful where you live before you register anywhere.
Accuracy of content
We try to keep facts, bonus figures and payment details correct, but operators change them without notice. A figure that was right on the day we checked may be different today.
Always read the operator's own terms and conditions before you deposit. Where our page and the casino disagree, the casino's current terms win.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site lead to casino partners. If you register or deposit after using one, we may receive a payment from the operator at no extra cost to you. This does not change the score we give or the faults we report.
We label our own opinions as opinions, and we mention weaknesses even for brands we link to.
Limits of liability
We are not responsible for losses, missed bonuses, delayed withdrawals or any other outcome that follows from using a casino you found through this site. Gambling carries risk and you play at your own expense.
The site is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be free of errors or always available.
Intellectual property and updates
The text, layout and original images on this site belong to us. Brand names, logos and screenshots of casino pages belong to their owners and appear here for the purpose of review.
You may quote short passages with a link back to the page, but you may not copy whole reviews. We can change these terms at any time by updating this page.
