Privacy Policy

This page explains what information this review site collects when you read it, why we collect it and what we do with it. We publish independent reviews of online casinos. We are not the operator, so we never see your casino account, your deposits or your play history.

Who we are

This website is an editorial project that reviews online casinos for readers in Australia. It is run by a small team of writers who test sites, compare features and publish their findings.

We have no access to any casino account. If you register at an operator after clicking a link here, that relationship is between you and the operator, and the operator's own privacy policy applies to everything you hand over there.

What we collect

When you browse the site we receive basic technical data: your approximate location at country level, the type of device and browser, the pages you open and how long you stay. This data is gathered through standard analytics tools and is used in aggregate.

If you write to us by email, we keep the message and your address so we can answer. We do not ask for names, phone numbers, payment details or identity documents, and you should never send them to us.

Cookies and measurement

We use a small number of cookies to remember preferences and to count visits. Some of them are set by analytics providers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will keep working, although a few convenience features may reset on each visit.

Outbound links to casinos can carry a tracking parameter so the operator knows a visit came from this site. That parameter does not contain personal data about you.

How we use information

We use what we collect to see which reviews are read, to fix broken pages, to keep the site secure and to decide what to write next. We do not sell personal data, and we do not build profiles of individual readers.

Legal obligations can require us to keep or share certain records. If that happens we limit the disclosure to what the law demands.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete it. Send the request by email and we will reply within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.

If you believe we have mishandled your data you can also raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Retention and changes

Analytics data is kept for a limited period and then removed or reduced to totals. Emails are deleted once the conversation is finished, unless we must keep them for legal reasons.

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date of the latest revision is shown by the site, and continued use after an update means you accept the new wording.
